Comic Book Characters

Question:
Who are your top picks of the strangest (what ever your own definition of that is) comic book character/s created so far (be it from Marvel or anywhere else) and please say why, for each one named.

Answer:
Dirt Nap -- a body-snatching mutant who usually goes around looking like a rat with a red smiley face on its ass. When he takes over a person's body, the smiley face then appears on their shirt.
Seth Angus Billy Cletus Bubba Jamie Clement Callum Cowie AKA the Six Billion Dollar Bastard AKA Three Willie Seth-- one of the few somewhat original characters actually created by Mark Millar. Seth is a big, mutated, inbred, cybernetically enhanced hillbilly pedophile made by the richest people in the Wildstorm universe and sent to wipe out The Authority. He has around 1002 powers, IIRC. Some of the stranger ones include larynx-freezing vision, x-ray strength, rainbow breath, speed-squared, shame-vision, "nuclear-poop-vision", and the ability to telepathically make someone feel "what a jack-rabbit feels when it goes under the wheels of your four-by-four and its fanny gets smeared all over the road". He has one failsafe-- he can be turned back into a regular non-powered hillbilly if somebody says the phrase "Welcome to the oval office, President Gore."
