What is Your Pick for the Worst Comic Book Movie?

Question:
My pick is a 1991 version of Captain America. If noone remembers the movie, it is because the film quickly made it to the video trash heap, and back into the dusty forgotten corners of the video store where only the brave dare to tread.
Captain America is almost worth watching just to make fun of its lame dialogue, cheesy fight scenes, and piss poor special effects. Matt Salinger plays the great American comic hero, and to the movie's credit, his outfit looks exactly like Cap's suit in the comics, except Cap has rubber ears in the movie! Geez, was the budget so tight that you couldnt make real ear holes in the mask? Cap's shield looks really cool though, but how much fighting can you explain from a hero that can only throw a shield?
Despite all the great comics about Cap, the producers pulled this plot right out the toliet. Cap fights the Red Skull early on, but he gets strapped to a rocket that is aimed at the White house. Suddenly, Cap is able to get the rocket to miss the White House by banging on it, and he lands in Alaska, frozen in ice for 40 years. A little boy just happened to be on the White House lawn and snapped a picture of Cap on the rocket. The boy grows up to be president, and gets to meet his hero Cap!!! Oh golly gee, I've waited my whole life for this moment.
When I first saw this movie in 91, I actually found it enjoyable. Now, with films like Spiderman, Blade 2, and the Matrix, my expectations are highly raised. Captain America was a laughable insult.

Answer:
-Bad as Captain America is, I think the Punisher is worse. And Superman IV. And the Fantastic Four movie.

-I would have to nominate the Punisher too...it took out everything cool about the character and turned it into a C-grade generic cop-wants-revenge flick. Apparently Artisan will be making a new Punisher flick in the next couple of years, might be interesting.

-Batman & Robin. Not only the worst comic-book movie, but one of the worst movies ever made. My personal "most loathed" film of all time.
